This Beauty Has Been Sentenced to 116 Years in Prison for Fraud! | Viral Storm
While being a gamer, she worked with an online store, which used her name and character, to sell its products.
The problem appeared after the customers never received the products they paid for.
Cheyenne Victorio, known in the gaming world by the nickname Shay, received a 116-year prison sentence while playing her games, according to Brazilian Universo Online.
Between 2008 and 2019, the Brazilian was a professional Counter-Strike Global Offensive gamer and she participated in a number of tournaments. She was one of the best players in the game during her 11-year career. After gaming, she became, as expected, an influencer. Still, past sins have arrived.
According to the Brazilian media, while actively playing games in the pro league, she worked with an online store, which used her name and character, to sell its products. The problem came up when customers never received these products, which they paid for.
In Brazil, the maximum term of imprisonment is 30 years, which is contrary to the sentence given. It is unlikely that the beautiful Cheyenne will even go to prison, experts say. Everything will likely be resolved by the probation sentence which was already sought by the Brazilian.
Her lawyer exercised her right to appeal the verdict, and Cheyenne said she knew nothing about bad business. She blamed everything on her ex-husband, who took the job on himself. “I have never been arrested nor I ever will be. I’m also not a fugitive.
The company, affiliated with Cheyenne, has scammed at least 118 customers.
Cheyenne ended her gaming career in May 2019. It was then that a special Brazilian organized crime unit began to take an interest in and investigate her case. They found compromising e-mails, and she was allegedly involved in the discovery of banking and tax secrets, ESPN reports.
Do you believe she is innocent?
